Although I came in with average expectations on the apartment, co-working space and Wi-Fi capabilities, I am rather impressed on all fronts!
The apartments are huge! They are in Maple serviced apartments and are 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a den. There is also a pool which is essential in KL. They are somewhat dated but overall they are great. The Wi-Fi for me has worked extremely well.
As a Sales Manager for two Downtown Chicago Conference Centers my standards on workspace are pretty high. The workspace is perfect for what we need. Lots of different areas, soft seating and private rooms. There is also a separate kitchen and large room not featured in the pictures. The art and pops of color make this a creative and vibrant workspace. Remote Year owns this workspace and the murals of the past Remote Year programs are proudly featured on the walls. This adds to the connectedness of the space. There are fellow remotes working at all hours of the day and night.
